The architectural permit projects, permit follow-up and acquisition, basic and concept projects, architectural project, structural project, electrical, and detailed engineering projects for the Abfen Farma factory located in the Burhaniye Organized Industrial Zone in Balıkesir were designed by 2KAD DESIGN STUDIO ARCHITECTURE OFFICE. Based on the designed project, HAVMEKSAN was awarded the main contractor contract. After the projects were completed, our company completed all infrastructure, construction works (rough and fine), mechanical installations, HVAC, electrical, partitioning, epoxy works, and automation systems on a TURNKEY basis. The factory, with a total area of 8,500 m², includes an administration floor, production area, warehouse, mechanical areas, and social areas. The project, which includes a 1,000 m² Class 100,000 cleanroom production area within the factory, was commissioned and made ready for use within 24 months.
